Dear Mr. Gierlach,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on June 24, 2021.
Per the request from Stephen Maduli-Williams, a representative of Amazon, sent via email on December 3, 2021,
the project has been placed on hold pending additional review of the traffic impact mitigation measures contained
in the Traffic Impact Analysis by the applicant.
Please provide the additional information or direction to proceed with the Environmental Review Committee
meeting before March 3, 2022 so that we may continue the review of the above subject application:
