We won’t be doing any parking lot changes as part of this project. The only thing we may do, if we have to, is to park a mobile HVAC unit / trailer in the lot to serve the lab on a temporary basis – but only if our permanent RTU does not arrive in time. We don’t plan any changes to the parking lot by the main entrance, where it is clouded on this plan, at this time. In your application, you note that the parking lot improvements will be handled in a later scope of work and will not be completed during your TI building permitting. We are planning to be reviewing the TUP for internal improvements only, and any external changes to the site will need to go through the CUP/SEPA/Site Plan Review process. Due to this, I’d like to clearly note that the parking lot improvements are not proposed as part of the TUP. I’ve redlined your plans to reflect this for the TUP submittal. Can you take a look and confirm that the document is accurate and that you are ok with including this as your submission? Steve Gonzini is on the top as Chairman & CEO and Bill Hardy is on the 2nd line as Senior Managing Director. Both are authorized signatories… Clearly this is this is authorized by BH Properties and Britany feel free to call Bill Hardy directly (his contact info is in the attached email) if you need further assurance. https://bhproperties.com/management-team Does this do the trick or I need to dig up some additional “proof?” Please let us know ASAP. Would the attached link, which lists Arsalan Gozini as the Director of B.H. 1601 Lind Ave LLC work: https://www.washingtoncompany.net/companies/604257162/ I looked at the LOI and it was signed by each side’s brokers / asset managers … so that won’t work. I have CCed our broker (Jeff Jochums with CBRE) who is reaching out to the asset manager at B.H. 1601 Lind Ave LLC to see what documents they may have handy that could confirm this for you as well. I was able to follow up on a few of the questions from our meeting and there are a few other items that I am waiting for a response on and will hopefully have to you early tomorrow. As it turns out, you will need two separate master applications, one for the TUP and one for the CUP/SEPA application. I checked in with Vanessa and the hold harmless agreement should be on it’s way shortly.
