NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Health Through Housing-Renton, LUA21-000389, DA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to the ongoing pandemic, a virtual/telephonic Public Hearing
will be held by the Renton City Council on January 10, 2022 at 7pm by means of a Zoom video-
conference web application. For those wishing to attend by Zoom, please (1) click this link:

on Renton's Channel 21 or streaming live at rentonwa.gov/streaming.
The Renton City Council will consider the following:
KING COUNTY DCHS IS REQUESTING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE PROPOSED
HEALTH THROUGH HOUSING-RENTON PROJECT THAT WOULD CONVERT A FORMER HOTEL
INTO PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING WITH ON-SITE SERVICES FOR THE CHRONICALLY
HOMELESS. THE 3.89-ACRE SITE IS LOCATED AT 1150 OAKESDALE AVE SW AND IS ZONED
COMMERCIAL OFFICE.
If you wish to speak during the Public Hearing it is requested that you provide your name and

5pm Monday, January 10, 2022 so that the meeting information can be provided to you prior to
the start of the meeting. Alternatively, written comments on this topic can be submitted to
cityclerk@rentonwa.gov by 5pm on January 10, 2022.
