Box 330310, M/S 121 Seattle, WA 98133-9710 RE: Annual Update and Accomplishment Report – July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 Dear Ms. Gleue: Please find the attached Annual Title VI Update Accomplishment Report and Assurances for the period of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. The City of Renton will continue efforts to assure that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and as amended, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (P.L. 100.259) be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance from the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). As indicated in the “Annual Title VI Update Accomplishment Report,” at least one person from each Section within the Transportation Division will act as a Title VI Specialist.
