Our Firm represents Home Depot as Site Development Coordinators (SDC), and Home
Depot is submitting an application for a Site Plan Review to the City of Renton, WA for a
Home Depot Store.
As adjacent Property Owners to the Home Depot, our Firm is providing a Virtual Meeting

We have scheduled the Virtual Meeting for Monday November 22nd, 2021, at 5:00 PM
PST. The intent of this meeting is to facilitate an informal discussion between the project
developer and the neighbors regarding the project. Wh ile required by the City of Renton,
this meeting is not conducted by the City of Renton and is in addition to any future public
hearing or public comment opportunities available under City of Renton development
review processes.
