Subject: Notice of Complete Application / On-Hold Notice
Home Depot - Renton, LUA21-000452, SA-H, ECF, MOD
Dear Mr. Zoldak:
The City’s Planning Division has determined that the subject application is complete and accepted for
review, however there are several outstanding items needed to begin review and therefore the project
as of today is placed on-hold. The following items are needed to remove the project from on-hold status
and begin review:
1. SEPA Checklist;
2. Title Report;
3. Construction Mitigation Description;
4. Urban Design Regulations Report;
5. Affidavit of installation of the Public Information and Public Outreach Signs;
6. Critical Areas Memo addressing the wetland and stream on the eastern portion of the project
site;
7. A justification for the modification to retain the existing pavements width and reduce the
required right-of-way dedication along the S Grady Way and Talbot Rd S frontages.
Once the above requested information is submitted, review of your application will begin and you will
be notified if additional information is required as a result of that review. A public hearing will be

scheduled at a later date by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application, which includes a
phone-in option. The applicant or representative(s) of the applicant are required to be present at the
public hearing.
