Luke II Modernization
Dear Dave,
Attached you will find the modernization proposal for two new PCI compliant models of the Luke II Credit
Card Only AC Power Pay Stations. The proposal details the upfront costs for the 2– Pay Station, and the
Digital Connections Activation. I have also identified the two subscription charges are invoiced directly on
a monthly basis however the fees are not included in the purchase and installation of the two replacement
Pay Stations. The monthly fees are for:
1.Digital IRIS Core– The reporting platform
2.Digital Connect– The transaction communications platform.
I will be out on PTO until Tue. the 27th of August. I will follow up with after I return to discuss any
questions you or your team may have.

Warranty, Clarifications and Exclusions
yPricing excludes sales tax
yLoops are not included.
yBollards are not included.
yUtilize existing power, termination excluded to be provided by city of Renton
yOvertime and/or weekend work is not included.
yAny required and/or directed work to bring the existing facility up to code is excluded.
ySKIDATA is not responsible for delays caused by others including but not limited to termination delays, lack of access to facility, and/or other factors beyond our control.
yRequired monthly subscription fees are paid directly to directly to T2 for IRIS Core, and Digital Connect and are invoiced upon activa-tion
yDigital connect wireless data plan is available in US only and includes up to 2000 transactions per month per pay station. Transactionsin excess of 2000 per calendar month are charged a rate of $0.02 per transaction. Transaction are not pooled among units. **Unlimited transactions package also available.
yThe customer must contract directly with the proposed credit processor to setup account. Credit processing fees may apply.
ySKIDATA carries worker’s compensation and general liability insurance. A copy of our certificate can be requested upon receipt of notice-to-proceed.
ySKIDATA Warranty is 12 Months from the period of beneficial use. Service and support will be performed the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. without a SKIDATA .Care service agreement.
