THE LOTS CREATED HEREIN FALL WITHIN ZONE 2 OF RENTON'S AQUIFER PROTECTION AREA
AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF RENTON ORDINANCE NO. 4367.
THIS CITY'S SOLE SOURCE OF DRINKING WATER IS SUPPLIED FROM A SHALLOW AQUIFER
UNDER THE CITY SURFACE. THERE IS NO NATURAL BARRIER BETWEEN WATER TABLE AND
