SURVEYOR'S NOTES
1. A FIELD TRAVERSE USING A SOKKIA 5 SECOND TOTAL STATION WAS USED TO ESTABLISH THE
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CONTROLLING MONUMENTATION AS SHOWN. RELATIVE PRECISION OF THE
TRAVERSE MET OR EXCEEDED THAT SPECIFIED IN WAC 332-130-090.
2. THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS NAD 1983/91, AS REPORTED BY THE CITY
OF RENTON TECHNICAL SERVICES DIVISION. THE BASIS OF HORIZONTAL POSITION IS CITY
MONUMENT NO. 1895, WHICH IS A FLAT 2' BRASS DISC WITH A PUNCH MARK ON A 4"x4"
CONCRETE POST MONUMENT DOWN 0.45 FEET IN A CAST IRON MONUMENT CASE AT THE
CONSTRUCTED INTERSECTION OF SW 16th STREET AND LIND AVENUE SW. THE BASIS OF
BEARINGS IS THE INVERSE BEARING BETWEEN CITY MONUMENT NO. 1895 AND CITY MON—
UMENT NO. 1551, WHICH IS A 3\\B- BRASS PLUG IN A 10" MONUMENT CASE AT THE
CONSTRUCTED INTERSECTION OF SW 23rd STREET AND LIND AVENUE SW. THE BEARING
IS NORTH 01'23'00" EAST.
TIES TO THE CITY OF RENTON SURVEY CONTROL NETWORK PER CITY OF RENTON SHORT
PLAT NO. 97-032, RECORDED UNDER RECORDING NO. 9707U99006.
3. LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS, EASEMENTS, RESERVATIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER MATTERS OF RECORD
WERE DERIVED FROM COMMITMENT FOR TITLE INSURANCE PREPARI D BY FIRST AMERICAN TITLE
INSURANCE COMPANY OF SEATTLE, WASHINGTON, ORDER NUMBER 368992-5 DATED
FEBRUARY 3, 1998. NO OTHER RESEARCH INTO MATTERS OF RECORD WAS PERFORMED.
4. A RECORD OF SURVEY PREPARED BY THIS OFFICE AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 91 OF
SURVEYS AT PAGES 165 AND 165A UNDER RECORDING NUMBER 9302059006 IS THE BASIS
FOR THE BOUNDARY CONFIGURATION AS SHOWN ON THIS LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT. REFER
TO THAT SURVEY FOR COMPLETE MONUMENTATION DETAIL BETWEEN THE MONUMENTS
FOUND NEAR THE STREET INTERSECTIONS AND THEIR RELATIONSHIPS TO THE ACTUAL

TO MAKE NECESSARY SLOPES FOR CUTS AND FILLS FOR EAST VALLEY FRONTAGE ROAD
AS GRANTED BY INSTRUMENT RECORDED UNDER RECORDING NUMBER 8202160351. THE
INSTRUMENT DID NOT STATE A SPECIFIC LOCATION WHERE THESE RIGHTS MAY BE EXERCISED.
