PLAN UPDATE
THIS AMENDMENT, datedfor reference purposes only as December ___,2021is by and between

Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-20-008, dated
January 9 2020, to provide necessary services for the

Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to change the scope of work, change the
time for performance, and change the compensation in order to provide technical support for .
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-20-008 is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work, is amended to add work as specified in Exhibit
A-4, which is attached and incorporated herein.
2.Time of Performance:Section 3, Time of Performance, is amended pursuant to the
schedule(s) set forth in Exhibit A-4. All Work shall be performed by no later than August
31, 2022.
3. Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, is amended so that the maximum amount of
compensation payable to Consultant is increased by $6,470 from $123,900 to $130,370,
plus any applicable state and local sales taxes. The additional compensation shall be paid
based upon Work actually performed according to the rate(s) or amounts specified in
Exhibit B-4 of the Agreement, which is attached and incorporated herein.
4.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.

Task 07 Supplemental GIS Support
to help City staff view progress and track data through the Interactive WebGIS platform. Transpo will have
provided the final GIS database deliverable
questions or require support to configure the online portal and tracking tool on their platform. Transpo staff
will provide on-going support to answer questions and provide guidance in this effort, as needed.
During the ADA Transition plan, an online open house was provided by Transpo to reach out to
stakeholders for the project (rentonada.com). It is anticipated that this website domain and hosting will
expire as of April 2022. Transpo will support in transferring any text copy or images to the appropriate City
staff. This includes a limited amount in support regarding the website depending on Transpo staff
availability. Further web design is not anticipated at the time of scoping.
Transpo Group will provide support for GIS needs and website transfer needs up to 40 hours.
