The lots created herein fall within Zone 2 of Rentons Aquifer
Protection Area and are suoject to the requirements of the
City of Renton Ordinance 04367 and as amended by
Ordinance #4740. This City's sole source of drinking water is
supplied from a shallow aquifer under the city surface. There
is no natural barrier between the water table and ground
surface. Extreme care should be exercised when handling of
any liquid substance other than water to protect from contact
wit~ the ground surface. It is the property owners responsibility
to protect the city's drinking water.

2) This survey represents physical improvement conditions as
they existed April 03. 1998. the date of this field
survey.
