Enclosed is the Shoreline Variance for the above referenced project. The permit was re-issued by the
City of Renton Hearing Examiner on December 15, 2021 along with the recommendation of two
Shoreline Variances, three Administrative Variances, and a Shoreline Exemption .
We are filing this action with the Department of Ecology and the Attorney General per WAC 173-14-
