To: ALL PLAN HOLDERS AND/OR PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
The following changes, additions, and/or deletions are hereby made a part of the project bid documents
for the Lift Station and Force Main Rehab Phase 2 (Group 1B) project and shall have the same effect as if
set forth therein. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this Addendum No. 2 by signing in
the space provided below and submitting the signed addendum with the bid package. Failure to
acknowledge receipt of this Addendum may result in your bid proposal being disqualified.
SCHEDULE OF PRICES
• DELETE & REPLACE: Delete the SCHEDULE OF PRICES and replace with the attached
SCHEDULE OF PRICES.
The units for Item 15 have been changed from Square Foot to Linear
Foot. All other bid items remain unchanged.
This Addendum consists of one (1) page and has one (1) attachment.
ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS REMAIN IN EFFECT
