Thank you for sending this information over. Do you have an update on the permit bond?
Also, the NPDES documentation you sent me only references the State’s permit, not that the project went through the NOI and has coverage under the permit. Please send that info over.
We also need a contact for the specialized billing. Provide an email stating who will be the specialized billing contact for the project and responsible for any specialized bills.
I am working on the precon meeting notes and will send over before the meeting and also hard copies tomorrow. Thank you,

Regarding the precon agenda, before and at the meeting I will be providing a list of City inspection and preconstruction items that we will go over. Since this is an early clear & grade
it will not be an entirely comprehensive list that includes utilities or lighting, only in relation to grading, TESC etc. If you have some agenda items you would like to present after
the we go through the City requirements I’m sure there will be plenty of time.
Note, we still need to complete these items before the notice to proceed so please give me a status update (I’ll work on preparing the Permit and cut and cap invoice this week):
