The City of Renton’s Department of Community and Economic Development (CED) has received an application for
a Master Site Plan Review, Hearing Examiner Site Plan Review, Shoreline Substantial Development Review, and a
Street Modification Review located at 4350 Lake Washington Blvd N (APN 3224059049). Please see the enclosed
Notice of Application for further details.
In order to process this application, CED needs to know which Renton schools would be attended by children living
in residences at the location indicated above. Please fill in the appropriate schools on the list below and return
this letter to my attention by emailing me at cclose@rentonwa.gov or mailing to City of Renton, CED, Planning
Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington 98057, by February 11, 2022.
