ORDINANCE NO. 1067
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, VACATING A PORTION OF DORA 1
'' STREET IN WALLWORTH'S FIRST ADDITION TO RENTON, A PORTION OF THE
` . ALLEY IN BLOCK 10 RLUTON FARM PLAT, A PORTION OF MAIN .STREET ON
THE NORTH SIDE OF CEDAR RIVER, A PORTION OF SIXTH AVENUE NORTH,
' A PORTION OF PIGGOTT AVENUE, A PORTION OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 13
CAR WORKS ADDITION AND A PORTION OF RAILROAD AVENUE AND VALIDATING.'
ORDINANCES NO. 98, 665, 690 AND 701.
The City Council of the City of Renton Do Ordain as Follows:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Dora Street in, Wallwortht s
first addition /to Renton between the south line of Eighth Street
and the north line of the right of way of the Columbia and Puget
Sound Railway Company be and the same is hereby vacated as a
public street.
SECTION 2. That that portion of the alley situated in block 10
. ' `Renton Farm Plat, lying between lots 14, 15 and 16 and the north
30 feet of lot 17 and lots 13, 12 and 11 and the north 30 feet
of lot 10 in block 10 in said Renton Farm Plat be and the same
is hereby vacated'.
SECTION 3. That that portion of Main Street on the north
side of Cedar River bounded on, the south by the north marginal
line of the right of way of Commercial Waterway District No. 2
Wand on the north by the south marginal line of First Avenue North,

be and the same is hereby vacated.
SECTION 4. That that portion of Sixth Avenue North situated
and being south of lots .7 and 8 and block 5 Renton Farm Acreage;
all that portion of Piggott Avenue lying north of lots 3 to 19 both
inclusive, in block 13 Car Works Addition; all that portion of

the alley in block 13 Car Works Addition which lies north of lots
23 to 36, both inclusive, in block 13 Car Works Addition; all
that portion of Railroad Avenue lying between the northerly line
' of Piggott Avenue produced to the easterly line of. Railroad
Avenue and the southerly line of block 13 of Car Works Addition,
'. 'produced to the easterly line of Railroad Avenue, be and the same .
are hereby vacated as public highways.

SECTION 5. This Ordinance is passed for the purpose of
validating the provisions of Ordinance No. 98, passed and approved
December 6, 1907; Ordinance No. 665, passed and approved. November 6,
1923; Ordinance No. 690, passed and approved April 8, 1924 and
Ordinance No. 701, passed and approved May 13, 1924.
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and legal
publication.
