BEARING BETWEEN CITY MONUMENT NO. 1863 AND CITY MONUMENT NO. 1640, WHICH
IS A STANDARD KING COUNTY SURVEY T BRASS DISC WITH A PUNCH MARK STAMPED
"KING COUNTY SURVEY MONUMENT" ON A CONCRETE POST MONUMENT DOWN 1.0' IN A
MONUMENT CASE IN THE CONSTRUCTED CENTERLINE OF 116TH AVENUE SE AT THE
NORTHERLY MARGIN OF AN EAST —WEST WATER PIPELINE RIGHT—OF—WAY.
THE BEARING IS N 1'47'08" E.
2. THIS SURVEY WAS CONDUCTED WITHOUT THE BENEFIT OF A TITLE REPORT AND
THEREFOR DOES NOT PURPORT TO SHOW ALL EASEMENTS, CONDITIONS OR RESTRICTIONS
OF RECORD, IF ANY.
3. INSTRUMENTATION FOR THIS SURVEY WAS A SOKKIA ELECTRONIC TOTAL STATION SET
