Construction Mitigation Plan
I. Proposed Construction Dates
Demo February 2022
Interior Slab and Interior Foundation Work March 2022 – April 2022
Building and site work May 2022 – February 2023
II. Hours and Days of Operation (Construction)
Hours of Construction Operation would be 7 am to 7pm Mon – Friday. Occasional Saturday upon approval of
the City waiver approval which will be requested per week basis.
III. Proposed Hauling routes
The project would use west on S. Grady Way to access the 405/167 interchange
IV. Measure Implemented to minimize dust, traffic and transportation impacts,
erosion, mud, noise and other noxious characteristics
The project construction will primary be located within the existing building limits and therefore minimizing
dust, erosion, mud, noise and other noxious characteristics to the surrounding area. The project will also
implement and erosion control and dust control plan to minimize and exterior disturbance. Construction
parking and traffic will be directed to minimize disturbance and noise to neighboring properties. Hauling of
spoils will be limited to day hours.
V. Any special hours proposed for construction or hauling (i.e. weekends, late nights)
