Ref: Confirmation of Tenant Termination
Greetings Trey Johnson,
This letter is to confirm the termination of Hangar 11 at the Renton Municipal Airport. This tenant’s
lease, LAG-18-014 will be terminated effective on 01/01/2022.
The final month’s payment will be due on 01/31/2022.
As per the lease agreement, the tenant agrees to, upon termination of this agreement, remove all
personal items from the hangar and leave the hangar in a broom-clean condition, which will complete
the Move-Out Inspection.
