NOTICE OF APPLICATION
RENTON, WASHINGTON
Notice is hereby given that the City of Renton has accepted the following proposal for review:
Stormwater Facility Retrofit Study
LUA22-000040, ECF
Location: Citywide. A Non-Project Environmental (SEPA) Review is being requested for a Stormwater Retrofit
Study. The city received a grant from the Washington State Department of Ecology (DOE) to perform a study
of many of the existing flow control facilities that have little or no water quality treatment features. The
purpose of the study is to identify and prioritize the sites with the greatest potential to improve water
quality.
Comments on the above application must be submitted in writing by 5:00 PM on February 25, 2022.

Please include the Land Use file number (LUA) or project address in your comments. Anyone who submits

project.
