Dear Mr. Jones:
The City of Renton has reviewed;,your proposed lotline adjustment. Please make the
following changes so that we may approve your.proposal:
1. Please show the existing (or proposed) structures on each of the lots. The plan will
need to show the Setbacks of the structures from;the property lines at their closest
points as well as the ground floor square footages of the buildings...
2. Note the city's land use;;action;number.(LUA-98-163-LLA) and the city's land record
number(LND-30-176) on the drawing in the places provided for them.
3. That portion of Lot "A" 'is-the small:triangular-shaped parcel, needs to be
shown in a detail at a larger scale. -
4. The hatched area of the drawing, which indicates that the area is included in a
proposed street vacation, includes the small triangular-shaped parcel of land that is
now part of Lot 27 of Honey Creek Ridge,;Div.'No. 3 (Lot "A"). This parcel is part of
lot line adjustment, but is not part of the street vacation. Remove any hatch
marks from said parcel.
5. It appears.that the above-referenced Lot 27, via the triangular shpaed parcel, is
- entitled to a share of the street being vacated. :The portion Lot 27 may claim is•all
that portion of the street (said street being 50 feet in width) lying westerly of the
..centerline of the street. If that is the case, then the lot lines to be adjusted are not
properly noted on the drawing. •

Bob Mac Onie and I have reviewed the above referenced lot line adjustment submittal and have the
following comments:
Comments for the Applicant;
Note the city's land use action number(LUA 98-163-LLA)and the city's land record number(LND-
30-176)on the drawing in the places provided for them.
