Below and attached please find the redlines, listed by sheet number for clarity, for the fifth DE plan review of
this project per King County Water District No. 90 (District) standards.
Next Steps / Additional Items Needed
1. The District will sign the approved plans and return to you once a preconstruction meeting is set.
2. Please submit the complete civils (sewer, storm, grading and such) for District records when
construction starts.
3. Bonding fees submitted
4. Insurance submitted
5. Coordination with City of Renton required before connection
