Good afternoon, Nathan.
Please see the email thread below regarding the Topgolf project. The field inspector has informed the contractor that our Logan entrances cannot be medium duty asphalt as per the approved
plans and must be a 10-inch section of concrete.
I have marked up the attached plan to show the location where we believe the extent of the concrete paving would be (up to the right-of-way line). Please review and let me know if these
limits of concrete are acceptable.
If you prefer to proceed with the medium duty asphalt to be installed as per the approved plans, please confirm via email so I can share with the contractor/inspector.

According to Brad the inspector. The asphalt entrances should have never been approved. So both entrances off of Logan will need to be concrete.

The approved plans show medium duty asphalt at the two driveways off Logan. Please clarify where you are proposing to install a concrete approach and I’ll discuss this with the City
Engineer to ensure they are okay deviating from the approved plans.
