Below is a summary of the meeting with actions emphasized in bold/underline. If you feel anything is missing or incorrect please let me know. * Nate read through pre-con notes * Nate inquired who CESCL is and asked that weekly monitoring reports be sent to Nate & Tom. * ACTION – Luke to send CESCL contact information to Nate & Tom * Nate stated that wet season erosion control requirements would be sent following the meeting. See below * Nate emphasized early communication with franchises and that franchises would need a permit for any work in the ROW. * Soos Creek Water & Sewer franchise permit is issued. See attached. * Tim inquired about existing fire hydrants and if they sufficed to allow combustible construction to occur prior to new hydrant installation. Nate indicated this would need to be coordinated directly with the Renton Regional Fire Authority inspector Corey Thomas (contact information on cover of pre-con notes) * Tim & Luke inquired about stamped construction plans for both civil and building. * Approved civil construction plans are available here <https://edocs.rentonwa.gov/Documents/Browse.aspx?id=8070375&dbid=0&repo=CityofRenton> . * Approved building permit plans are available through the permitting portal.
