CITY OF RENTON NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
RENTON, WASHINGTON
The environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for the following non-project
under the authority of the Renton municipal code:
Stormwater Facility Retrofit Study
LUA22-000040, ECF
Location: Citywide. A Non-Project Environmental (SEPA) Review is being requested for a Stormwater Retrofit Study. The city
received a grant from the Washington State Department of Ecology (DOE) to perform a study of many of the existing flow
control facilities that have little or no water quality treatment features. The purpose of the study is to identify and prioritize the
sites with the greatest potential to improve water quality.
A 14-day appeal period will follow the issuance of the DNS. More information regarding the appeal process may be obtained
from the Renton City Clerkâs Office, (425) 430-6510 or cityclerk@rentonwa.gov. Per WAC197-11-340(2)(c) any person, affected
tribe, or agency may submit comments to the City within fourteen days of the date of issuance of the DNS. Please submit
