1. ALL TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE FEATURES ARE TO BE MAINTAINED ON LEVEL GRADE IF
THE SURFACE LEVEL FROM CONSTRUCTION IS CHANGED (I. E. JUNCTION BOXES, LUMINAIRE
