Construction Mitigation Narrative:
a. Proposed construction dates (begin and end dates):
Construction to start 1/18/2022 and be completed by 5/9/2022
b. Hours and Days of operation:
Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
c. Proposed hauling/transportation routes
I405 to Sunset Blvd. NE, Left on Edmonds Ave. NE, right on NE 16th St.
d. Measures to be implemented to minimize dust, traffic and transportation impacts, erosions, mud, noise,
and other noxious characteristics:
Dust to be minimized by spraying dirt and gravel down with water regularly. No major site work so
erosion control won’t be necessary. Delivery of materials will be scheduled for non-peak times to
minimize impact on local traffic. 95% of the work will take place in an existing building so noise will be
diminished by the structure. Any work that will take place outside that will create noise will be performed
after 8am so as not to disturb the local residents.
e. Any special hours proposed for construction or hauling:
All work to be performed during regular business hours. No weekend or off hours work is foreseen.
f. Preliminary traffic control plan:
All work to take place on private property. No traffic control plan is needed.
