Subject: Bezos North Highlands CUP
Alex,
We will be ready to submit the CUP in the coming week. A few questions about requirements.
· 11. Plat Certification or title report- as Bezos is just the Lessee of the property, which is owned by the
City of Renton we do not have access to this information.
· 12. Draft legal documents-as Bezos is just the Lessee of the property, which is owned by the City of
Renton we do not have access to this information. However we assume that the are no legal
documents/restrictive covenants on the property.
· 17. Landscape plan, conceptual (this was “recommended” during the pre-app meeting)-we do not have
any site work. Is this still required?
How do we indicate that these requirements do not apply to our proposal?
