I have completed a preliminary review for the above-referenced proposal for (project info here). The following comments are based on the pre-application submittal made to the City
of Renton by the applicant.
Water
If the project is going to provide water service to the dock, an appropriate back flow device will be required.
Sanitary Sewer
There is an existing shallow 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer line in the water at this location. Locate and mark carefully.
No post, piling or footing shall be installed directly on or above the sanitary sewer.
