I have reviewed the Minor Site Plan Modification application for the Sonic Drive-In Restaurant at 735
Hardie Ave SW (APN(‘s) 1923059104) and have the following comments:
1. Update the Civil Construction Plans and the Technical Information Report (TIR) with the revised
pervious and impervious areas for resubmittal with the Civil Construction Permit Application
(Permit #U16006829). Include updated hydrologic modeling reports as needed.
