This letter acknowledges that Tuscany Construction, LLC the developer of the property referenced above
may contain areas of geological hazards. The developer hereby acknowledges that it understands and
accepts the risk of developing in an area of possible unstable soils and that it will advise, in writing of this
potential risk, to any prospective purchasers of the site, or any prospective purchasers of structures or
portions of structures on the site, of the possible geological hazards of the area.
