CriteriaforModificationoftheResidentialDesignStandardsRentonMunicipalCodessection4-2415,listselementsthatarerequitedtobeincludedinallresidentialdevelopmentinthezonesstatedinsubsectionBofthisSection.Eachelementincludesbothstandardsandguidelines.Standardsareprovidedforpredictability.Thesestandardsspecifyaprescriptivemannerinwhichtherequirementcanbemet.Guidelinesforeachelementareprovidedforflexibility.Theseguidelinesprovidedirectionforthosewhoseektomeettherequiredelementinamannerthatisdifferentfromthestandards.a.ThedeterminationastothesatisfactionoftherequirementthroughtheuseoftheguidelinesistobemadebytheCommunityandEconomicDevelopmentAdministratorwhennootherpermitorapprovalrequiresHearingExaminerreview.b.Whenithasbeendeterminedthattheproposedmannerofmeetingthedesignrequirementthroughguidelinesissufficient,theapplicantshallhavesatisfiedthatdesignrequirement.I,theundersigned,declareunderpenaltyofperjuryunderthelawsoftheStateofWashington,thattothebestofmyknowledgetheaboveinformationistrueandcomplete.ApplicantSignaturetDate:IiL
