Dear Mr. Herrera,
Thank you for the specific and concise review comments. Also, we appreciate you taking the time to meet and
discuss the comments with us.
Following is the manner in which the comments have been addressed on the revised drawings submitted herewith.
Engineering
1. The bio-retention cell at the northeast corner has been removed. All flow control and water quality treatment
is now provided by the revised combined vault west of the building.
2. The plan and details for the vault are shown on sheets C-3 and C-3.1. A revised TIR is also being submitted.
3. The pre and post development printouts are included in the TIR in addition to the vault calculations.
4. The Architect is submitting the formal modification request.
5. The proposed vault location is no longer hindering the sewer service.
Planning
1. The bio-retention at the northeast corner of the site is no longer required and has been removed.
2. No retaining wall is needed or proposed.
3. The Architect has revised the site plan to provide required parking.
