THE MAYOR IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE DEED OF DEDICATION DOCUMENTS AND ALL 4 COPIES OF THE REETA FORM
Attached, please find the above-referenced two sets of signed original short plat mylars and three paper copies of the short plat for recording with King County.
The recording instructions in order are as follows:
1. Record the short plat.
2. Record the Deed of Dedication for the three foot sidewalk over Lots 2 and 3.
3. Insert the recording number of Deed of Dedication the blank line on Sheet 1 of 1 under NOTES.
4. Record the Amended CCR’s.
5. Insert the recording number of Amended CCRs in the blank line on Sheet 1 of 1 under NOTES.
6. Record the Deed of Dedication (12 feet) along 108th Ave SE.
7. Insert the recording number of the Deed of Dedication in the blank line on Sheet 2 of 3.
8. Record the Access and Utility Easement.
9. Insert the recording number of the Access and Utility Easement on Sheet 2 of 2
10. Four original copies of the REETA form require Mayor’s signature and date.
Please have the Courier take these documents via:
4-hour service 10:00 AM deadline. A check in the amount of $36.04 is attached.
According to Finance, the King County recording fees for this and all subsequent plat recordings should be charged to account #000.000000.007.558.51.49.003. Please call me if you have
