Project Number: PRE-16-000232 Dear Ms. Nair, Marine Restoration & Construction LLC are acting as agents for the Joos Family LLC for permitting purposes only. It was noted in the pre-application meeting for the above referenced project that street improvements are normally required for a project with a valuation of over $50,000.00. It was also noted that due to the site conditions and because the site is located so closely to the railroad we may submit a Modification Request to allow the existing street and right of way to remain as existing. We would like to submit the Modification Request. As noted above, the reason that we are asking for this requirement to be waived is that the site is located too close to the railroad to conform to street improvement standards. Neighboring sites are also situated so that it is not possible to meet street improvement standards.
