Attached is the pdf of the revised map showing cutting the casing so that we can maintain a slope of 0.50%. I have also attached the email from Soos Creek confirming that the casing
can be cut. The information of the depth of the gas line was potholed by Highmark which was 36”. I took a elevation shot at the top of the existing asphalt and the elevation was 511.05’.

The District approves removing some the casing on our line in order to accommodate the storm lines for your project, the Sandhu Short Plat. We also approve of the engineered changes
reflected in the exhibit received on 1/25/2022. Changes will need to be included in the final ACAD to be provided to the District when it is available.

After discussing this with Skip, it needs to be reviewed by several internal staff once Dan has confirmed this is all shown on this plan set. These reviews can take several days as
there could be others ahead in their que, and several staff work in the field and must work this into their work flow. This may take us past Monday.

Attached is the drawing on the storm conflict with existing water line. As discussed, we need to cut the casing from the top so we can run the storm line top of the existing water.
