NOTICE OF APPLICATION
A Master Application has been filed and accepted with the Department of Community & Economic Development
(CED) – Planning Division of the City of Renton. The following briefly describes the application and the necessary
Public Approvals.

PROJECT NAME/NUMBER: Eagle Ridge LLC, TUP / LUA16-000642, TU
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting a Temporary Use Permit to permit 3 dedicated
leasable commercial units within the Altitude Apartments development (Units 2, 3, and 4) to be utilized as live/work
spaces. These units would allow a small business to operate within the unit as well as serve as living quarters for the
business owner. The project site is located within the Commercial Arterial (CA) zoning designation. Unit 2 totals 866
square feet in area, Unit 3 totals 1,261 square feet and Unit 4 totals 1,242 square feet.
