Re: DOM Construction BLA – Project Narrative
To Whom It May Concern,
We are pleased to submit this request for a Lot Line Adjustment of three existing parcels located at 304, 308 and 312 Powell Ave SW, Renton, Washington 98055. The King County parcel
numbers of the existing parcels are 214370-0785, 214370-0786 & 214370-0776. The site contains approximately 18,600 square feet or 0.4270 acres of Residential zoned property. Three
residential buildings are located on-site.
The proposed Lot Line Adjustment (LLA) is intended to change the property lines to that of the existing fence locations. The existing and proposed lot areas are:
Parcel A (214370-0786)
Existing: 6,600 SF
Proposed: 6,150 SF
Parcel B (214370-0785)
Existing: 6,000 SF
Proposed: 5,618 SF
Parcel C (214370-0776)
Existing: 6,000 SF
Proposed: 6,832 SF
The resulting lots would meet the development standards of the Residential zone as set forth in RMC 4-2-130A. No other changes are proposed as part of this application.
