HomeMy WebLinkAboutC - Email from Lillian Watson stating road remain unnamedSubject:RE: Canyon Terrace Road Name Quesons Date:Thu, 15 Dec 2016 00:15:23 +0000 From:Lillian Watson <LWatson@Rentonwa.gov> To:'George Steirer' <george@plantopermit.com> George, I chose to use those words in case you had a very compelling reason for it to be named. Since you don’t, that poron of right of way between Lots 21 and 22 will remain unnamed. Not naming it will not slow down the approval for the final plat. I did noce that you do not have the private road la beled on Tract A. That road name does need to be on the final plat. I am glad to help. If you have any other quesons about the addresses, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. But just so you know, I will be out of the office unl Monday. That all makes sense. The city previously requested that we name all streets on the face of the Canyon Terrace plat. If it won't slow down approval of the final plat, we're happy to leave the road name blank, between lots 21 and 22. Could you please confirm that this right of way is to remain unnamed on the face of the plat? (Your email just said you were 'disinclined to name the right of way'). Thank you for your time and help. Since the lots will take their access from 123rd Ave SE, I am disinclined to name the right of way between the two lots. I would rather wait for the parcels to the west of the plat to be developed before naming it. Attached are conceptual footprints with driveways. I hope this is of help. Is the adjacent road (between lots 22 and 23) therefore SE 90th St, or another name? One quick question came up: What is the road name between lots 21 and 22? Would SE 190th Street be acceptable to the city, or would the city prefer another name? Attached is the current draft plat page, for quick reference. Thank you for your help Amanda. 2 of 3 George Steirer Plan to Permit, LLC 206-909-2893 George@PlanToPermit.com www.PlanToPermit.com 3 of 3
