This application does not constitute a permit to work. Work is not to commence until the building permit is posted on premises where work is to be performed. Certification is hereby rendered that no work is to be done except as described, and that all work shall conform to the applicable codes. The first sheet of plans shall give the location of the work, the name and address of the owner, and the name of the person who prepared the plan. The plans shall include the following information: 1.North arrow. 2.Dimensions of all property lines and abutting streets. 3.Location of any buildings or structures on the subject site where work is performed, and the location of any buildings or structures within fifteen (15) feet of the property or which may be affected by the proposed operation. 4.Accurate contour lines drawn at ten (10) foot intervals showing existing ground and details of terrain and area drainage. 5.Dimensions, elevations, and finished contours which will be established upon completion of grading activity, including any proposed drainage channels and related construction. 6.Location of natural drainage systems, including perennial and intermittent streams and the presence of bordering vegetation. 7.Temporary Erosion Control Plan showing method of erosion control and location of control devices. 8.Identify setbacks and those areas not be disturbed. 9.Show finished contours drawn at ten (10) foot intervals as a result of grading and proposed drainage channels and related construction. Fill Source Statement: (Required for projects located within an Aquifer Protection Area) if the project will involve importing fill in excess of 50 cubic yards, please provide 5 copies of a “source statement” certified by a professional engineer. A source statement will be required for each source location from which imported fill will be obtained.
