NOTICE OF APPLICATION
A Master Application has been filed and accepted with the Department of Community & Economic Development
(CED) – Planning Division of the City of Renton. The following briefly describes the application and the necessary
Public Approvals.

PROJECT NAME/NUMBER: Group Health Food Trucks / LUA16-000879, TU
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting a Tier II Temporary Use Permit, pursuant to
Renton Municipal Code Section 4-9-240, for the implementation of mobile food trucks within the parking lots of Group
Health’s Business Center. Limited to two food trucks per day, a rotating schedule of vendors would be located across
several designated parking stalls along the southwest side of Building B at 2921 Naches Ave SW (APN 0886700270) and
on the south side and in-between Buildings C & D at 1300 SW 27th St (APN 0886700100). Usage of the onsite parking
stalls would be during the hours of 11:30 am until 1:30 pm Monday through Friday.
PROJECT LOCATION: 2715 and 2921 Naches Ave SW / 1200 and 1300 SW 27th St
