RE: Lindbergh High School Building Valuations
Stewart,
Each year our risk management and insurance team, in partnership with district employees,
reviews the valuations for all buildings in the district to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
levels. We take into consideration anticipated rebuild and replacements costs (building and
contents only, not land). In addition, the insurance carrier recently hired CBIZ consultants to do
a third-party review of the valuations which we incorporated into our most recent review.
The most recent valuations for Lindbergh High School from summer 2021, including building
and contents, are included below.
