Proposed construction dates: This project is to be constructed in two phases. Phase one includes the
civil portions of the job and is proposed for April 2017 to October 2017. Phase two includes assembly
of the electrical equipment and is proposed for April 2018 to October 2018.
Hours and days of operation: Hours and days of operation are to follow City of Renton normal working
hours 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Proposed hauling and transportation routes: The proposed haul route would be via Puget Drive and
Benson Road.
Measures to be implemented to minimize dust, traffic, mud, noise, etc.: A TESC plan will be developed
and implemented during construction. Dust and mud should not enter the public road right of way. If
debris track-out occurs, immediate corrections will be implemented.
Any special hours proposed: There are no special hours proposed at this time.
Preliminary traffic control plan: See attached traffic control plan.
