HomeMy WebLinkAbout3.11 Construction Mitigation Description12/5/16 Construction Mitigation Description Mitigation Description: Please provide 5 copies of a written narrative addressing each of the following: · Proposed construction dates (begin and end dates) January 2017 Start Garage Shoring and Utility Construction April 2017 Start Garage Construction August 2017 Start MOB Construction September 2017 Complete Garage Construction October 2018 Complete MOB Shell and Core Construction · Hours and days of operation 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Saturday · Proposed hauling/transportation routes To be determined by contractor. We anticipate they will use I-405, Highway 167, South 43rd Street and Talbot Road South. Early concept is that trucks will be staged onsite. · Measures to be implemented to minimize dust, traffic and transportation impacts, erosion, mud, noise, and other noxious characteristics Temporary erosion control measures will be implemented to reduce this potential. A temporary erosion and sedimentation control plan has been prepared and will be implemented. · Any special hours proposed for construction or hauling (i.e. weekends, late nights) No special hours anticipated at this time. · Preliminary traffic control plan Contractor will provide flaggers on Talbot Road and North Campus driveway as required. If your project requires the use of cranes, please contact the City’s Airport Manager at (425) 430-7471 to determine whether Federal Aviation Administration notification will be required.
