ADA accessible stalls must be a minimum of 8 feet in width by 20 feet in length, with an adjacent access aisle of 8 feet in width for van accessible spaces. Up to 40 percent of stalls may be compact spaces designated for employee parking, and up to 30 percent of stalls may be compact spaces if designated for all users. The appropriate amount of ADA accessible stalls based on the total number of spaces must be provided.
