PROJECT INFORMATION BUILDING DESCRIPTION THE VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING (MOB) PROJECT IS A 160,000 SQUARE FOOT, 5-STORY STRUCTURE THAT IS LOCATED ON THE CAMPUS OF VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER IN RENTON, WA. THE BUILDING WILL BE USED FOR OUT-PATIENT CLINICAL SERVICES. THE BUILDING WILL BE CONSTRUCTED TO CONFORM TO THE RENTON MUNICIPAL CODE. THE BUILDING WILL BE DESIGNED WITH TYPE II-A CONSTRUCTION AND OCCUPANCY GROUP B – BUSINESS. THIS APPLICATION IS FOR A CORE AND SHELL STRUCTURE. TENANT IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT UNDER SEPARATE APPLICATION. THE MOB WILL BE CONNECTED TO EXISTING BUILDINGS VIA AN UNDERGROUND TUNNEL.
