Each of the pages of the document need page numbers in the form of Page # of # (of pages) (at least 4 Declaration and
Approval, Notary, Legal Descriptions and Map Exhibit.)
There are problems with both the original and revised legal descriptions.
Use the legal descriptions for Parcel A and Parcel B contained in the DEED under King County recording number
20021230000869.
The revised legal includes two parcels (Lots 17 & 18) that are not part of the Lot Combination. The revised legal should
read:
