The nearly ten acre site is located at 17425 120th Ln SE within the Residential Multi-Family zoning district. The project includes replacing three signs along SE Petrovitsky Rd, three signs along SE 175th St, an internal directional sign, two wall signs, and several wall mounted address number panels. No trees will be removed.
