(CED) – Planning Division of the City of Renton. The following briefly describes the application and the necessary
Public Approvals.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting sign variances for Grammercy Apartment
Homes. The nearly ten acre site is located at 17425 120th Ln SE within the Residential Multi-Family zoning district. The
project includes replacing three signs along SE Petrovitsky Rd, three signs along SE 175th St, an internal directional sign,
two wall signs, and several wall mounted address number panels. No trees will be removed.
