Michael: We have found that CB1, see attached, needs to be deeper and therefore, revised to a Type 2 catch basin for the connection to the storm vault inlet, see email thread with concurrance
from the Engineer of Record.
Please approve changing CB1 from a Type 1 to a Type 2. The revision can be picked up and recorded during the as-built survey. Thanks
If a formal change request is required, please advise. Thanks

I got your voicemail as well - yes we can change that structure to a Type 2 so we can lower the upstream IE of the pipe into the vault. Do we need to submit do a plan change and submit
this to Michael? Or do you just need an email confirmation email from me?

Sheri: CB1 is as a Type 1 located essentially up against the Storm Vault, see attached detail. The CB IE=423.06. The vault inlet IE=419.50. We need to change to a Type 2 CB so the
CB IE can approximate the vault inlet. Please confirm.
