Manufacture and install five (5) new
mesh banners.
Banners to be billboard mesh fabric with digitally
printed graphics to match embedded CMYK
colors.
Banners to be oversized 2" on all sides, folded
over and electronically welded (hemmed) with 2"
webbing on sides.
Grommets in hemmed border on top and bottom
to be 24" o.c. max..
Grommets to attach to sandbags on top.
Grommets to attach to concrete wall (below
grade) with Hilti Kwik bolts.
Provide one (1) 6' x 8' mock up
section (area to be printed shown as
dashed Red line) including 2"
webbing on side seam.
